I always enjoy my experience at Convict Cutters. I am made to feel very welcome and valued throughout every interaction. I receive updates about any staff achievements or changes as well as any promotions and product discounts. Convict Cutters always seems to have had a low staff turnover, indicating that staff are happy here, which means that every time I visit I see familiar, happy, welcoming faces.

Ginding a good hair dresser, is as hard as finding a good doctor, so I discovered when I moved to Launceston 5 years ago. When you find one that not only does a great job, but also makes you feel like a regular from the first visit, you stick with them! The guys at Convict Cutters are very welcoming, and they all stop and have a chat. They make sure you feel like a celebrity while you are there, and a million bucks when you leave. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. Special thanks to the fabulous Jess who always remembers my stupid stories, and still gives me a great 'do'!

I came in not feeling great about my un styled hair and I knew I needed a change I just wasn’t clear on exactly what but I had Rachel as my hair dresser and she just completely got me and what I wanted. It was the best experience I’ve ever received at a salon before and I only wish I lived in tassie because she would be my regular hairdresser if I did!
