As always a great experience and outcome, my only gripe was there was no neck rest made available during the shampoo which was very uncomfortable, given the pressure of the head massage, which was otherwise good but I couldn't enjoy it.

The score for the environment was influenced by the fact that redecoration was taking place - it's great that the salon is being repainted but obviously, inconvenient whilst it is happening.

I received professional and friendly service from all the staff at Convict Cutters. I was extremely pleased with my cut and colour and enjoyed chatting to my stylist Martika who was nothing but lovely. The other staff always apologised for interrupting if they needed to speak to my stylist and it was refreshing to see such good manners. I also never once felt rushed or like another number - even though I was my stylists last client on a Saturday and she was the last left in the salon. I also love the convenience of online booking where all the prices are clearly stated along with then option to choose a stylist and a time. I also appreciated that I was asked if I would like a treatment during my washing and it wasn't just added on to the bill without permission. I could not recommend this salon enough, thank you Convict Cutters.

As always I walk out looking 10 years younger than when I walked in 50 down to 40 its great !!!! Fantastic experience as always Keep up the good work Convict Cutters your No 1
