My daughter had her hair coloured for the first time as part of her 13th birthday present. All members of staff were just as excited as she was and they completely made the experience a memorable and very special one for her. Thank you Convict Cutters, you have made her feel so very grown up and the results speak for themselves. Wonderfully talented staff who are knowledgeable, professional and brilliant at their chosen careers.

I love the service at Convict Cutters. I am a bit of a scrooge when it comes to paying for having my hair done, and the only criticism I would have is about the price BUT I keep going back! After recently moving to Launceston, I had a couple of early bad experiences at cheaper salons. After the first visit to CC I was so happy with the professionalism and the skills of my hair dresser Claire, that I decided it was worth paying the extra! Last visit, I decided to change style and I cant remember ever being this happy with my hair. Thanks Claire! And the massage chair at the basin is awesome, especially in winter when they turn the heat on as well.

Jessie and the girls were awesome yesterday really focused on what I wanted and really went out of their way to make sure I got out as soon as possible to make another appointment. And I mean that they went out of their way - I was going to ring to say thanks again today. 3 girls were working on my hair so I could get away - that is awesome and unexpected. The only down side is the price - soooo expensive compared to other salons and I realise you get better service and care but the price does need to be a factor when determining who you will use. You need to keep the cost down as much as possible.
