Quite often people in the street, or in restaurants, and recently by an flight service attendant on a plane, approach me to say how much they like my hair colour. If they ask me what the name of the colour is, I tell them I have it done at Convict Cutters.

From the first warm & welcoming smile @ reception, you know the staff are happy to work at Convict Cutters & hence are just as happy to do their best for clients. The coffees are top notch & always accompanied by a chocolate - as are the iced waters. The heated massage chairs together with a head massage during the conditioning treatment are a nice touch & very relaxing. I walked into Convict Cutters purely by chance some years ago & now all the kids go too. No matter what their ages, they are all treated well & look forward to their hot chocolates. Georgie is the best & by far the kids favourite - together with the rest of the team, she always takes the time to make everyone feel comfortable & we all leave looking 100%. Thanks to Robert for taking the time to train all the staff well in what is obviously a very successful business.

Appointments at Convict Cutters are always a treat, something I look forward to - I generally arrive feeling tired in terms of looks and wellbeing and leave, after expert treatment and a wonderful head massage, feeling renewed. My cut, treatments, products and colour is always about be me and my hair, never a generic look, but what will best suit me and my lifestyle - Convict Cutters makes the hair part of my life one less thing I have to worry about!!

Convict Cutters consistently delivers fantastic, warm service and professional cuts. In the six years our family has been visiting we have never had a bad haircut or salon experience. I also now have many friends who are happy 'Convict Converts'!

Service is great but it is all a bit expensive. I wouldn't recommend to a friend on that basis.
