I felt listened to and my stylist Grant understood what I was wanting while giving honest feedback and recommendations that would work best for my hair colour, cut and face shape etc while also respecting what I wanted to achieve. I had a great experience and will go back.

I had a lovely experience. Everyone was so kind and friendly even when walking past or making drinks. Customer service was great. My hairdresser was excellent. Made me feel super comfortable and did a great job with my hair.
