I came in yesterday (05th Dec) for an appointment with Claire. She is such an amazing hairdresser, always very kind and friendly. She gave me fabulous advice for my new haircut and I am so happy with my new look:) All the staff are always lovely, Ali at reception is amazing!! Also does everything she can to fit you in for an appointment at last minute!! This is may not be the cheapest salon in Launceston but it is absolutely worth it - the price includes a hot drink and chocolate, an amazing head massage, quality product used in your hair for washing and then more product for drying and styling. A well as being a very nice and relaxing experience:) Thank you team!!

I was enjoying having my hair washed in a lovely massage chair...nearly went to sleep...however was intererupted abruptly by someone walking into my feet on the foot stool....a disturbing moment...
