Convict Cutters what can I say but what a family and they provide a great service as well. A head massage that I adore. The ability to talk to a stylist who will not only listen but help you with your decisions. Try a different style, bring in a photo of a style you are trying you are wanting to achieve and they will let you know if it suits your face. They will give advice and tweak and work with you to get what you want. For me a real treat to go to this Salon.

The salon is very much a big family. They understand the hassles of life and will make sure you get looked after with concerns with your hair. My last visit I used another hairdresser at the same salon as my hairdresser was on holiday and came out still confident. Yes, it was a tweak on my usual cut but that felt good and a little change as you always need to experience whether you like something or not. Good people at this salon.

Jess has always given confident and professional advice after listening to my requests and looking at pics that I bombard her with 😄. I leave the salon with a fab cut, colour and style that suits me. Thank you Jess!

Staff are always friendly and helpful going out of their way to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience. Due to the where I live and the lack of notice I often have in making appointments I have consistently been impressed with the effort staff make to square me and my family in...it is much appreciated. I recommend CC to everyone! I have never yet in 15 years walked out feeling less than happy with my hair cut. If I am disappointed with the colour, it is either fixed, or an additional appointment is made to fix it at no cost and never have I been made to feel that this is an imposition. If I had to give some feedback for improvement - even when a business is thriving it should always be futures focussed with an eye to ongoing growth and improvement! Have you considered a CC uniform? At times I have thought that presentation/standard of dressed some is perhaps not always reflective of your quality establishment Have you considered how the hairstyles of your staff could positively impact on your clients? At a hair salon it would be inspiring to be surrounded by creative, diverse, modern and well cut/coloured stylists....bit like your staff being your best advertisement. Your clientele want to be convinced by what they see ! You should be proud of your establishment - I always enjoy my visits.
