Comment
Overall I am happy with my experience with you. All staff are friendly and look after my needs. I think it would be good if as an ongoing client that there were incentives like a card with a point system whereby some discount was allowed on a service provided or on hair products for frequent visits. Perhaps an assessment could be done at various times to determine the health of the scalp and hair for advise on ways to keep it at its optimum level particularly as we get older when our hair can become less in volume and vitality.
