Always a great experience, the staff are fabulous. The new chairs at the wash stations are really uncomfortable and are far too low for staff to use constantly. Bending over all day washing hair is very exhausting and the chairs can not be adjusted. The owner is not looking after her staff with these new chairs and the chance of a Work Place injury because of them is very high. Do the right thing and replace these awful, probably very cheap, impractical chairs as soon as possible. Your staff will appreciate it and defintely, your customers will too.
