Beautiful salon but I was really disappointed that even though I got to my appointment 20 minutes early I was still not seen for at least 10 minutes after my appointment time. This I can understand and wouldn’t usually be bothered but it really was frustrating as I have been only 5 minutes late once before and was refused service despite driving an hour to get to the salon.
