I was shocked after my first visit at this salon because Kelly bleached my hair without my permission. I told Kelly already that don't bleach my hair as I got very sensitive skins. As I am short-sighted, so I took off my glasses and took a rest. But, I felt my eyes are itchy and irritating. I just felt like some alcohol on my forehead. After I opened my eyes, I found that my hair are orange, very horrible. Then, Kelly told me that it's because she bleached my hair. I thought oh no, that's why my eyes are irritating because she bleached my hair. I wanted to cry at that moment because I my eyes are itchy and I knew the bleach chemical will damage my hair. It doesn't make sense that Kelly bleached my hair without my permission and she knew that I did three times of henna colouring, so she should not bleach my hair because the professional research said that do NOT attempt to try to bleach henna color. It won't work, it would react with the bleach and would badly damage the hair. Bleach and henna do NOT go together. How come Kelly do know about it. It's not acceptable to me as a customer, especially, my hair is very fine. Besides, I told Kelly I just had my hair colouring two months ago. How come she still bleach my hair, it's a wastage of my money that I spent on my last hair dye. It doesn't make sense to bleach my hair in aspects of my skin condition and financial side. Of course, before I go, I want Kelly to explain to me what happened, but she said don't waste the tieven said that don't waste the time. Her attitude is not acceptable without apologies. And I asked her opinions on how to protect the bleached hair, any treatment? She just said use the daily conditioner is enough. I expect more than this as my hair is damaged. The bleaching damaged my hair without achieved its purpose of lightening my hair color. My hair is still orange after bleaching because of tge dark henna color. I read from the research, a professional hairdresser should test on a stripe of henna hair first before doing the whole hair. But Kelly didn't do t any testing. My eyes are still irritating now. Hope will get better soon.
