Kendall has the most amazing and genuine customer service I have very experienced in a beauty salon in cairns. Each time I go back she remembers our last conversation and checks in with how things are going, also always has my needs as a priority not just trying to sell me on something. Each time I leave I feel beautifully me, I feel confident and understood and educated so I can look after my skin with confidence. The treatments not only give great results but super relaxing and the attention to detail of the rooms are lush... thank you! Once you walk in tour can see just why these guys have been open in cairns for so many years.
