the entire experience was fantastic, was really looking forward to it and I walked out of there feeling amazing! The only little bit of negative was that when i was having the spa, the temperature of the water got quite cool and I started to get a bit cold! but apart from that small detail everything was fantastic!

I absolutely adore my time at Serenity. It is definitely the warmest, friendliest and most professional salon I have ever been too. When I am there I feel like I am seeing friends. Staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable and always go out of their way to accommodate any needs or advice I may have/request.

I was greeted by the receptionist who had a huge smile on her face, she looked really happy to see me. I was then offered a beverage and only waited a few moments before I was taken into my room to get ready. I was made to feel like a rock star and looking forward to my next appointment
