I felt very comfortable on arrival and the massage and facial were amazing!! I loved their attention to detail including having vanilla tea on arrival, a little chocolate in the room for you, they used heat packs and towels to keep you warm while massaging other parts of your body and even allowed you to choose the massage oil scent that you liked best. In a previous facial, I had the lady slap on a mask and leave the room for ten minutes but during this facial, they are with you for the whole treatment and massage your neck and scalp while leaving the mask to sit. Extremely professional, very relaxing and worth the money!! I couldn't recommend them enough!!
