Fantastic service. Naomi and Monique welcomed me in for a late last minute appointments (walk in)... i k ew my thick long hair would take time to do highlights and u derstood if they couldn't squeeze me in... Naomi welcomed me and said they will do everything to make me feel great about my hair (i was deeply disappointed with a previous root touch up at another salon-too dark).. Naomi recognised my despair and warmly told me she would fix it. They were lovely.. i felt pampered and spoiled.. They were due to close at 5:30.. but my hair took a little longer to prepare/take on the colour.. this didn't rush the girls.. they spent time washing, treating and massaging my head even though i could see it was almost 5:45.. i insisted they didn't blow dry my hair.. but they scrunched it and put the drier on it to remove a lot of the moisture. I would go out of my way to visit this salon again. Superb customer care.. and the result is just beautiful.. I feel like 'me' agsin. Thank you so much
