I have visited Ella Bache West Lindfield twice, once in April and once in July, and I could not have been more happy about my visits. The salon is well located, with 1-hour parking available right at the door. The salon and the treatment rooms are spotless. Each time I was greeted warmly by the staff. The manager Kimberley is kind and welcoming. I had a signature facial and the second time a Brighten Me Up facial - both by the therapist Julie. She is highly experienced and her massage was magical. There was a right amount of chit chat so I could relax and enjoy my treatments. There was no pressure to make any product purchase at the end of my treatments. I also received a follow up email for feedback which was quite nice. The results of the facial, especially the Brighten Me Up facial, was great. After the treatment, my skin was clear, bright and luminous for a very long time. It gave me so much confidence that I did not wear makeup at all - for 4 days. It's my favourite facial experience so far. I a seeing myself coming back to this place over and over again.
