Having said I'd be interested in perhaps trying one of the face creams, I was faced with 3 products and an extra cost of almost $300 over and above the cost of the facial. I was taken aback and went along with it, not wanting to make a fuss with another client in the waiting area. My mistake for not asking the cost of the cream, but it would be better if the cost of it and the extra recommended products was explained to give me a clear choice. I resent it, as I wouldn't choose to have spent $461 rather than $170 as planned. It won't stop me returning for treatments, but I won't be purchasing any products again.
