i visited Adore Beauty yesterday for the first time, and had a 30min massage; apart from the treatment itself (which was fantastic), every step of the customer experience was disappointing and not conducive to make a sale or return visit. I was unable to find any details of the services you offer, online. Your Facebook page doesn't include these details, and the link to your website, beauty-salon-colac.com, does not work. (It was only via this emial for feedback that i found the link to your listing on https://www.mylocalsalon.com.au/33946fbd-c6e5-e111-ab1b-0050563fff01.html?isFromSearchResults=True. You should include a link to this on the 'About' page of your Facebook profile. Even better, scan the brochure listing your services and prices and upload them as photos in your Facebook profile.) Luckily, the helpful staff-member I spoke to on the phone was able to book me in for a massage, but I would have preferred to view the full list of services before making an appointment. Upon arriving at the salon, noone acknowledged my arrival or asked my name, told me to take a seat etc., even when they'd come out to see off a customer. After waiting 5 minutes, when someone did acknowledge me, they called me the wrong name. For a first-time customer this made a really bad impression. I would have happily made another appointment because I was interested in getting a facial, but when i asked for a brochure at the end of my appointment i was told you had run out. So, I left, still none the wiser about your services and prices!!
