The Doc clinic receptionist is a very pleasant and informative person. Clients are well informed prior to procedures and asked if they are happy with the information, or require further information. Dr Ed Omajee does an extensive assessment prior to any treatments, and educates clients during the procedure. He has a wonderful friendly and calm bedside manner and takes his time to explain the procedure and checks in frequently with the client as to how they are coping. I had a very positive experience at the Doc Clinic and would highly recommend it.
