A lovely experience! I've had a few hair disasters over the years with breakage and color nightmares, and so was really cautious with choosing a new hairdresser. Chloe was absolutely brilliant consulting with me before we started and the cut itself was exactly what I had hoped for. I definitely felt in safe hands.
