It was a bit awkward when I initially arrived as I was told that Farah would be doing my facial. Upon questioning, I was advised that Katie who I had booked in with, was off sick. A courtesy call would have been nice or the option to reschedule would have been appreciated. Farah was lovely and very knowledgeable and professional. My facial was lovely and I would be happy to see her again.

My consultant for my facial was fantastic and the facial/facial massage was very relaxing. There was some background noise from the centre like building noise but it was minimal.

Great customer service. Enjoying that there is packages and specials available. Once in the rooms, would be nice if there was somewhere to put your handbag, phone, keys etc.
