I booked in advance for a consult and vein sclertherapy however when I attended I was told I couldn't have it due to upcoming overseas travel, had I been asked this when booking I wouldn't have bothered taking a day off work to attend the appointment, also the available hours were only Mon and Wed mornings, additional availability would be a plus. Other than that the service was good.
