Ella was completely thorough in explaining my treatment (anti-wrinkle treatment) and discussing any concerns I had. She made me feel comfortable about my conservative view and wanting to maintain a natural look. My comfort was further enhanced knowing there was a registered nurse available to discuss any additional questions. Ella walked me through each step as she was treating me. Overall a very professional and welcoming experience.
