I'm not sure of the name of the technician I had but she was so lovely, very down to earth and interested in what I was after. She did an exceptional job of my eyebrows and my sisters eyelash tint and displayed very professional mannerisms. I would definitely recommend all of my friends to her and I would love to come back and make an appointment with her again.

My experiences here have been average, the first time I came home with a prickly rash after using some cream after a leg wax, it hung around for a week. Second time was fabulous and then last time I had a young assistant who left patches unwaxed on both legs and the salon was under staffed, I was left unattended for a phone call to be answered and the desk to be attended. I wouldn't have minded if I wasn't paying almost $50 for a half leg wax. Average service unfortunately.

We charge $26.95 for half a leg wax (above the Knee). We advise all clients to double check the treated area prior to leaving the treatment room, if you were in anyway unhappy with your treatment we would be more than happy to rectify the problem. The after wax lotion used is hyper sensitive and will only react on a small percentage of clients, if a reaction is suffered washing the skin and aloe vera gel or similar could be applied.

Had my 8 year old daughters ears pierced and paid extra for two operators as I thought it could be quite traumatic and she was extremely nervous.All went well,got home and realized that one earring had no back on it!So we had to go back to shop which caused her alot of anxiety.When we got there they opened a new packet and popped a back on which was no drama but I felt that the flippant non apologetic way in which it was dealt with was very unprofessional and the fact that they didn't even check them before we left the salon in the first place made me feel ripped off.

Hi, Sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you received. I am assured by the staff involved that the earing back was on when you left the salon. Unfortunatly sometimes things don't go quite as you would hope for no known reason. Good to hear the situation was rectified with no drama involved for you and your daughter.
