First time client. Rachel was excellent. She offered an honest opinion on what I needed to fulfill my request. The ambience was lovely. The aromatherapy neck massage prior to the hair treatment was so relaxing . What a wonderful way to start. I am so very happy with my colour . Exactly what I wanted . Thank you Rachel. Whilst I live in the Illawarra , I will be returning. Also will recommend
