Hi love your salon. My last hair cut was amazing exactly the cut I wanted . My appointment today was very rushed and seemed staff looked tired and hot . My whole cut wash and dry took 30 mins and is not like my last cut and I felt really disappointed but did not express that as everyone just looked tired ..I left the salon and I've booked for colour on Tuesday and hope there's time for the cut to be fixed and be the same as the time before ..staff just looked so exhausted and stressed..
