I've been around many hair places over the years but always a walk in. Even my first experience at hs place i was a walk in, i now book appointments. The gentleman today was year 10 student, he was good. We chatted a little about his future ambitions. He kept making sure I was happy with certain lengths and sides before proceeding. He asked if I wanted some product before he finished, i suggested not to waste it as I planned to wash it out and apply seas salt then volumizing powder. Now 2 out of my 3 visits i was offered a drink, surprising. Most places do not extend that far in customer service. I work for a ultra premium car brand, we like to think we provide a red carpet experience in the form of modern luxury. I feel this is the hair industries equivalent for the area without paying a premium, the price is comparable to everything else in the western suburbs for a skin fade and trim. However, the little things will keep me coming back.
