I find the quality of service at H's place to be excellent. However I have had ongoing issues with being underquoted for both hair and beauty treatments on multiple occasions. I have even had trouble getting a straight answer regarding the price of a service with staff saying "they don't know, need to check the computer, I have to ask H". The price also seems to vary depending on who serves you at the register, I find this completely unacceptable. If you are a business, it should not be this hard to get an accurate quote for a service you are offering so you can then decide whether to accept without it happening AFTER the fact. The receipt you are given shows only the total price making it impossible to break down the total cost. The last time I had my hair done at H's I was astounded by how much it amounted too and because his has happened on more than one occasion, I would never return or recommend. Yes, you provide a high quality service but at the end of the day, you are a business and need to be providing accurate prices for the services you offer.

I waited 45 minutes past my appointment which put me behind with my later appointments. I also felt my treatment was rushed,and would be 80/100.

I had multiple reference images and made myself every clear that I had never cut my hair has short as I was wanting it, and that it was a big change for me. (I usually have shoulder length hair and wanted a jawline length hair cut. Between a pixie cut and a French bob, with a curtain fringe). She looked at the images for about 4 seconds, and immediately went in chopping off big lengths, not once doing a test strained and asking if I wanted shorter or longer. By the time she asked me if I liked it, all of my hair was gone. If I said “no”, there was nothing she could do to add hair back to my head. She ended the haircut by giving me stringy, straight bangs. Absolutely mortified.

Im so disappointed, not the first time either. My daughters layers at the front were crooked, they didn’t even look the same and one was shorter. So she was so unhappy I had to then pay more money to have them fixed at a different hairdresser. We won’t be back.
