The therapist was brilliant. I cannot fault her. The rooms are very noisy, not only because its in a shopping centre but people moving furniture in the room next door. I was looking into a light during the facial and the only time it was blocked was when my mask was on. Bed also squeaking.

Had a lovely experience with a cheery therapist. My skin feels beautiful and soft. Very enjoyable way to spend and hour or so on myself. Very clean environment too.

I had a facial and massage treatment and have been better for the same treatment. As a trained beauty therapist (have worked for Ella Bache in the past) I can say my therapist was lovely, although she did need to keep leaving the room. I feel the rooms were a bit dated and there were no small extra touches, the continuous hot towels are a bit too much to remove product, it felt sloppy. The room was quite cold, the heated bed was nice although a blanket offer would be nice. Tissues over the eyes feel a bit cheap, a nice warm heat pack and a few more easy but luxe upgrades could be nice additions. The product upgrades and sales are feeling a little forced these days also. A short consultation in the beginning would be nice rather than stopping mid treatment to ask for upgrades.

I had the best experience today with the Most lovely lady. She recommended a few services to help with my sensitive skin. She really looked after me by adding baby powder, a cold towel to calm my skin, and added a lotion to help with the inflammation. The best experience I’ve ever had
