I was disappointed with my first treatment, however I returned to the salon and explained to the Owner that I was not happy with the service. The Owner listened to my complaint and booked me in immediately. She checked out my nails and fixed the problem. I was happy with the outcome. I will return to the Capalaba Salon.

I was first greeted unprofessionally and was just told "spray tan? go through and wait" I followed these directions and because I had been there before I knew where I was going. I was then left waiting for around 10-15 minutes in which the therapist came through and apologised for the wait. The spray tan itself however was a lovely experience and the therapist knew what she was doing. I have ended up with a lovely streak-free spray tan.

I was left a voicemail to come in early for my appt at 9am but was unable to get there until 9.15. I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes before being seen. I don't mind waiting but I rushed to make the appt then was left waiting while the girls chatted out front.
