I booked in with Joanna for a cut and colour. She seemed very rushed and after discussing how much to trim off, it seems like she cut a lot more off then expected. Also told me there wasn’t enough to blow dry my hair so just dried it off but according to the time on the booking app my appointment allowed for 1hr 45 minutes but I was done within an hour, which was great but bit disappointed that I couldn’t have my hair dried straight and left with still damp, frizzy hair. Joanna was lovely and polite but just seemed like she was rushing.
