Having moved from NZ, I tried numerous day spas in Sydney before frequenting Phally. She is fantastic at giving you the care you need. She has wonderful intuition and is highly skilled. I wouldn’t think twice to recommend her to someone looking for a regular day spa spot. Be sure to utilise the facilities also, spa, sauna, steam and pool. Perfect

The beauty treatment was professional and of great quality. There is an expectation that the fitness centre in which the spa salon is located is of a luxury type with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The feel is of a sports centre and not not a spa. There is no music, no facility to buy a drink and relax. Whist I would go back to the beaty therapist, I would not recommend the facility to friends.

I got false lashes and the experience was amazing but the lashes fell out after 3 and a half hours (see attached photo). Such a shame, I loved them and had my brows done which looked amazing too.
