Comment
The facial was lovely and I felt really pampered and relaxed. The room was too cold though so it would have made the experience nicer if the room was warmer. The treatment online stated it lasted for 1hr 15mins but it only lasted 1hr 5 mins which is a small gripe but it would be nice to know a more accurate timing for planning your day.
