I asked for a tan coloured lash tint 2 shades darker than normal eyebrows. I now have 2 very dark brows which stand out in my face which is pale. The tan tint did not appear to be used but rather dark brown. Please listen to your customers when they explain colour required.

I’ve been visiting Ella Bache for many years and have always found all therapists to be highly professional. Sherry (not sure about spelling) has been my preferred therapist for some time now and she is a delightful person and a very talented therapist.

I had my eyebrows done today. They were so poorly done. The wax was uneven and parts were removed and I’m hoping they will grow back. The tinting was a lot higher than my natural eyebrows. It was terrible. I didn’t realise until I left the salon. I went to another company to have them fix. I won’t be coming back
