As a non frequent guest I really appreciated the time Yaren took to help me settle in and explaining the steps. A small detail but even where to place my bags in the room helped me settle in and relax before the treatment commenced. It was a great treatment and very relaxing.

The lip and brow wax was not done properly. It’s also too hard to see what they’ve done as the lights are dimmed.
