I was so please with my indulgence package. Elena was wonderful, the atmosphere and the service was perfect for my pampering day, I was so relaxed afterwards. Would recommend to anyone that would like a very good service for an affordable price.

The staff member who provided our service (my daughter and I both came along) was very lovely, polite and helped us feel comfortable but the technique that this person used for waxing (notably brows) was not comfortable for me. The waxing itself was fine but when she used the tweezing involved running the blade of the tweezers against the hair growth which felt very abrasive and uncomfortable and I actually felt quite panicked during this process. The end result was fine but not of the same standard I have come to expect from Ella Bache.
