I have attended Ella Bache salons in Ipswich and Carindale. Both salons have always provided the utmost professionalism. It is important to me when I attend a salon the ladies who work their are happy in their working environment. I have spoken to some of the girls about working at Ella Bache in Ipswich and Carindale and the behaviour, professionalism and content is consistent throughout both stores. I commend Ella Bache on their consistent hiring and training of staff. I understand some stores are owned by different persons, my only wish is that the new technology is introduced to every salon.
