Good advice received to try eyelash tinting instead of dye for a first time. However eyebrow colour/shape is the worst that I have ever received. The dye has stained my skin to make my eyebrows appear a third as wide as existing. I am currently attempting to exfoliate the dye from my face so I can look presentable and not scary. May have to purchase makeup in order to hide the poor dye job. Will not be returning.

The lip and brow wax was not done properly. It’s also too hard to see what they’ve done as the lights are dimmed.

My eyebrow tint was good in colour, however when I got home I realised that there was a lot of dye on the skin around the brows too (especially on top) - unfortunately it's unable to be removed completely until the next few days so this is a little uncomfortable.

I’m really disappointed in how my brows were done. I don’t feel like I was listened to and she took so much off my full brows. Very disappointed

The gel on my one toe nail was thicker in the middle (so not smooth). I only discovered this at home and phoned the salon the next morning. Sherrie answered the phone and made an appointment for me the same day to get nail fixed. Her service was quick, efficient and frienly and she had no issue fixing someone else's work.

I was promised a complimentary skin analysis but did not receive it. Also I seem to have been left alone in the room for quite some time. I got a hand massage but it was very, very basic. I felt that, for the money, it was not good value, even though I got a discount on one aspect of the treatment. It was OK but I was underwhelmed.
