I’d provide a higher rating if the staff didn’t constantly want to try and upgrade treatments. Also as a repeat customer the skin analysis is useless. It’s only used as a marketing tool. I’d prefer just to come in, have my treatment, enjoy it, and not be pressured into buying anything. You might attract more customers by doing so!

The Staff at Ella Bache Carindale are always very professional and friendly. My beauty therapist Tammy always gives me the most Amazing Facials, as including massage and waxing, Tammy gives professional advice on the products that I need for my skin, from season to season.
