Having found Zigbi Hairdressing on line I was impressed enough to visit the salon whilst enjoying a short brake in Melbourne. I was not disappointed infact I was more than happy with my experience there. The lady at reception met me with a lovely smile and dealt with my request efficiently. I met Michelle and we chatted about how and what I would like about my new hairstyle taking into consideration my lifestyle, how I deal with my hair at home etc. A real professional in her field, she made me feel very special and was caring and informative all the time. I walked out of the door feeling absolutely great. Thanks and regards from a very happy client, will be back next time in town. Lyn

I found my experience very pleasant. I was able to get an appointment promply which suited by timing. Michael made sure he had a very clear view of what I wanted, made me very comfortable, discussed what would be done very precisely - including any problems that were likely to occur in the short term due to the change in hairstyle. He gave good advise on how to care for the style. Pleasant conversation while he was styling my hair made it a very relaxing experience.

My experience at Zigbi's has been great. Friendly service, excellent cuts and a pleasant environment. I have been impressed with the attention to detail in creating haircuts that are just right every time.
