First time experience at Zigbi Hairdressing. After reading positive reviews, decided to try out this Salon as my hairdresser had relocated overseas earlier this year. Very professional, clean, modern and inviting presentation. Michael is excellent. I showed him a number of photos of the style of cut I wanted and the end result was pleasing and easy to manage. Some hairdressers take a while to create the look I want (from past experience). His staff are also professional in their presentation, work and attitude. Noticing I wear readers I was asked if I wanted plastic sleeves to protect the arms of my readers from being stained with colour, a most thoughtful touch of service - first time ever being offered. The piping hot green tea with tempting biscuit was most appreciated as well. Brilliant experience and very happy to be a new and returning client, with sensible pricing and such professional service, I'm sold. Will be happy to refer you to anyone that's looking for an exceptional hairdresser and team, with thanks.

When first recommended to try Zigbi I thought “it’s a bit far from home but I’ll give it a go”. Now on my 4th visit and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know hair!!

A little gem of a salon. Over the past few years, after trying many salons around Melbourne, I have only been going back to Zigbi and I have cut my hair with two of their hairdressers, both have been very lovely and professional. I don't particularly have easy hair so I have really appreciated their skills and attention to details. It's so nice to be offered a drink or a cup of tea on arrival, specially that sometimes an appointment can take a few hours. I find that fewer people make the effort to provide such customer service these days and the head massage during the wash is always my favourite! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for consistent and professional service.
