Michael looked after the colour of my hair and Renee did the cut and style. My hair needed a lot of work, being (home) coloured for years a reddish/brown/sometimes black. I wanted a balayage dye, with no red tones, and coverage of my greys. It took ages! But... I have never felt so looked after in my life, and in such competent hands. Michael did such a brilliant job, and was so gentle on my hair. I don't know how he got the result he did - I really am in awe. Renee was great too and I feel so much better! Thank-you!
