Had some highlights today, toner and cut with layers. Also a repair treatment mask. Highlights are beautiful and done with precision and care. Cut was great, layers very complementary to the style. Lovely chat with Michael whilst doing cut and colour and also provided home made biscuits and offers of drinks. Will come back in 3/4 months

I consulted Carla @ Quest East Melbourne and she personally recommended Zigbi out of the 3 salons in the hotel compendium. Hilton, my colourist, was v generous in allocating more time to me than what I had booked in order to complete the dark violet base with blue and orang e foils + 2 conditioning treatments. He did an excellent job, particularly since I was a 1st time client and my fine hair does not always absorb colours as expected. He also gave me a classic jazz singer cut without me having to explain that this is one of my favourite looks. The salon is elegant and luxurious while also retaining a serene, artistic ambience - no small feat in a buzzing hair salon). I found staff members to be professional and courteous, discreetly and efficiently managed by Michael. Would certainly seek an appointment again if staying in East Melbourne. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful haircut and chat with Hilton. He was very professional and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Definitely the most lovely and friendly hairdresser I’ve ever had. Thank you so much again!
