I had a treatment with Kati today. From the moment I walked in I was met with a friendly smile and made to feel very welcome. Katie took the time to explain the treatment and what to expect. Kati was warm and very knowledgeable about the treatment I was having. She recommended some other treatments I might like to have and she explained how this particular treatment might be of benefit to me. I’ve booked a follow up appointment following today’s treatment.
