When I entered Enlightened Hair Studio I was really impressed with the entry way and how the salon was laid out. I was also provided with a lovely beverage (iced coffee) and some chocolate biscuits which hit the spot after a long day at work. I am very happy with my hair colour and cut that I received. It was a little bit jarring to have three different technicians attend to me over the course of less than two hours which made the experience a little less special. Although I am a person who doesn't like to talk much, some of the technicians didn't make much of an effort to ask me about my day, while others were super bubbly and friendly and made me feel welcomed. The colour I got was gorgeous and I really do love how it looks. I also received some great advice from the stylists based on my hair type. I will be going back to Enlightened Hair Studio, keeping in mind to make sure I request a particular technician to tend to my hair. I think a part of the problem was booking online and having my appointment over a time in which staff changed over or were finishing up for the day.
