I was very happy with my appointment on Friday, however my daughter came down on Saturday, Hayley did her colour which was great very happy with. I paid for a blowave and straightning for her which I assumed Hayley would have done. She was passed over to what I would assume is the apprentise. It was clear the girl had no idea what she was doing. Hair was still wet as she straightened it, the hair was getting stuck in the brush. The girl was clearly uncomfortable doing Tylas hair and kept walking away. I was not there but this is what Tyla told me. Tyla has very long hair so it may have been to much for the girl. Tyla came home with a less than perfect straightening. The underneath had clearly not been done properly. I am surprised no one checked her work before Tyla left the salon. I understood I was paying for Hayley's services which I am dissapointed was not followed through to the end.
