Although my cut and colour was wonderful my wash basin experience was below average. this was done not by a senior stylist, I am assuming a trainee. My back was left soaking wet, so wet she had to try to dry iot with a hairdryer, which did not work I left the studio very wet. there was no head massage at all with my wash, which is usually the highlight of my service. Not only did i have colour left around my hairline, but I even had colour covering the majority of one cheek. when my stylist came to cut my hair, she was visibly embarrassed and cleaned it all off herself apologising profusely.
