Everytime I come here, I'm treated with respect and everyone is so welcoming,I came in yesterday crying after a really difficult day and straight away one lady offered me tissues and a wine, my own stylist talked to me and made feel really comfortable,I also like using cruelty free products and they're always really helpful with that too I love coming here 😍

I took my daughter for her first haircut (nearly 3yo), and Layla was so helpful and patient. The whole experience was very calm, and positive. My daughter didn’t make a peep, and she was so pleased with her first haircut.

I have only had amazing service at Enlightened hair! I’ve not left feeling anything less than a goddess. The staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming and listen to your requests. Nat is amazing with extension application and provides a diamond service! I highly recommend this salon! Money we’ll spent!

The salon is good overall as this was my 3rd visit, however, when I entered the salon the lady on the reception escorted me inside for a haircut and asked if you would like some tea, water or coffee. I asked for coffee and never got one, not that I was going crazy about a coffee but this definitely shows a negative about the customer service. Definitely want to say the lady who did my haircut was really good and professional. Will be going again for my hair but won't be expecting anything else
