A little dye left on my head that wasn't cleaned off, only reason I rated lower on quality other than that really good place to go. I especially like that you are sustainable and your products are mostly cruelty free which is a major tuck for me Thanks

Although my cut and colour was wonderful my wash basin experience was below average. this was done not by a senior stylist, I am assuming a trainee. My back was left soaking wet, so wet she had to try to dry iot with a hairdryer, which did not work I left the studio very wet. there was no head massage at all with my wash, which is usually the highlight of my service. Not only did i have colour left around my hairline, but I even had colour covering the majority of one cheek. when my stylist came to cut my hair, she was visibly embarrassed and cleaned it all off herself apologising profusely.

Such a lovely experience at Enlightened;) My daughter had her hair cut by George and she was very good with her. She went from longer hair to short pixie and had many knots to get out so appreciate all the patience and expertise shown:) Also a very overly touch to be offered a cuppa and brownies as well!!! The new salon looks amazing and is spacious and feels very calming! Very good value for money also! Thanks so much ladies!

The new spacious salon is spectacular plus a glass of wine, it can’t get any better until you see your hair!! I am never disappointed when I leave Enlightened! The girls are friendly and extremely professional. Totally recommend Enlightened Hair ... in my opinion there is not a better salon around. 10/10

I have been a client of Enlightened now since July last year and I absolutely love going to this salon. All of the staff are lovely and very down to earth. The new salon is absolutely gorgeous and you really do get treated like a princess when you attend an appointment. The range of products is terrific. Advice, service and cost is pretty much the same as I have paid at other salons before, so I wouldn't rate their prices as expensive. I guess it all depends on what treatment you are having done, but they do offer Afterpay which is terrific if you are on a tight budget.
