Libbie at Enlightened is phenomenal. I showed her what I was hoping to achieve and she hit the nail on the head. Very thorough, caring and took her time to get it right. I am so so happy.

The service quality was fantastic and the staff are so friendly and thorough, however it took 1hr and a half to wash, trim my hair and cut a fringe in which I think was too long of an appointment for me as I needed to get back to my babysitter. The cost I think was a little steep also. I was told the wash was complimentary but still cost $62 for a trim and a fringe to be cut. I understand the blow dry is a requirement if you wash hair but that was complimentary and not what I had booked. I am very happy with my service but just too expensive for a trim. $45 is what I would imagine for 1cm off my x-long hair and a fringe?

I think $45 to trim a couple inches from shoulder-length hair, without washing is a bit on the pricey side. I have paid no more than $30 at other salons

The hairdresser who did my hair was rather new to the store, and she knew the client sitting next to me and did her hair too. I was rather annoyed at the conversation as it was loud enough for me to hear and I really didn't want to hear the hairdresser bitching to the lady about people from the last salon that she worked. It wasn't a very pleasant conversation and to me if they wanted to talk and bitch then maybe she should have not sit her right next to me. There were other seats available. I just found that wasn't very professional and it ruined my time sitting there.
